TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please see these terms govern your use of our services and its content, ensuring a safe and respectful experience for all users. We encourage you to read them carefully, as they include important information regarding your rights and responsibilities. Terms and Conditions for Candidate Trial Period
1. Trial Period Duration
The trial period will last for a total of two (2) weeks, commencing on [Start Date] and concluding on [End Date]. During this time, the candidate will be assessed for fit and performance in the role.
2. Employment Status
During the trial period, the candidate will be considered an employee of [Client Company Name] but will be subject to evaluation for suitability for long-term employment. The candidate's performance will be monitored and assessed throughout the trial.
3. Compensation
The candidate will be compensated at a rate of [Hourly/Weekly Amount] payable at the end of each week of the trial period. In the event that payment is not processed, the candidate reserves the right to withdraw from the trial and will not be expected to report for the following week.
4. Client Responsibilities During the Trial Period
4.1 Maintain Role Consistency: Ensure that the candidate's role and responsibilities remain consistent throughout the trial period, without any fundamental changes.
4.2.Adhere to Scheduled Times: Respect and adhere to the agreed-upon working hours for the candidate, ensuring they are aware of their schedule.
4.3. Open Communication: Foster an environment of open communication, encouraging the candidate to share any questions or concerns they may have during the trial period.
4.4. Respect Privacy: Do not request or provide any personal information about the candidate until the contract is signed. Maintain confidentiality and respect the candidate’s privacy at all times.
4.5. Ensure Workplace Safety: Provide a safe working environment that complies with health and safety regulations, ensuring the candidate feels secure in their role.
4.6. Allow Breaks: Facilitate regular breaks as required, including meal breaks, in accordance with Fair Work Australia guidelines, to support the candidate's well-being.
4.7. Feedback Communication: Communicate regularly with the Australian Nanny Agency regarding the candidate’s performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
4.8. Additional Considerations: Remain attentive to any other responsibilities or considerations that may arise during the trial period, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the client.
5. Evaluation Criteria
The candidate's performance will be assessed based on the following criteria:
a. Quality of work
b. Ability to meet deadlines
c. Team collaboration and communication skills
d. Adherence to company policies and procedures
6. Termination of Trial Period
Either party may terminate the trial period at any time during the two-week duration. The Client must provide written notice to the candidate, specifying the reasons for termination. The candidate may also withdraw from the trial by providing notice to the Client.
7. Confidentiality
The candidate agrees to keep all proprietary and confidential information relating to the Client's business, clients, and employees confidential during and after the trial period.
8. Candidate Replacement Policy
If the candidate is deemed unsuitable by the Client within the trial period, the Agency will facilitate a replacement candidate at no additional charge, provided the Client gives written feedback outlining the reasons for the candidate's unsuitability.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the trial period, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fair Work Australia.
