DAYS:  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday


HOURS:  2:00pm - 6:00pm ( Hours to increase)


ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Family Assistant  to oversee the daily operations of our household.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the home’s cleanliness, managing laundry, stocking cupboards, and preparing meals, (family loves italian) ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the family.


Key Responsibilities:

House Maintenance:

 - Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and upkeep of the home, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.

 - Develop and implement a cleaning schedule for regular chores and seasonal deep cleaning.


Laundry Management:

 - Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.

 - Organize and maintain the laundry area, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.


Kitchen and Meal Preparation:

 - Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary preferences and restrictions.

 - Manage grocery shopping, meal planning, and inventory of kitchen supplies.

 - Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and assist with food storage and meal prep as needed.


Stocking and Organizing:

 - Regularly check and replenish household supplies, including pantry items, cleaning supplies, and personal care items.

 - Organize cupboards, shelves, and storage areas for optimal accessibility and efficiency.


Family Support:

 - Assist with children when required who are 8 and 11 years old

 - Communicate effectively with family members regarding household needs and preferences.


Previous experience in a similar role, such as a housekeeper, personal assistant, hybrid nanny, family assistant

Recruitment Process:

2. Scheduling: A calendar link will be sent for you to select a convenient meeting time.

3. Interview Recording: The interview will be recorded for review by recruiters and clients.

4. Interview Dynamics: The first interview, conducted by ANA recruiters, will focus on the role's specifics. Expect an email invitation within 14 days.


First Interview:

- Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters. 

- A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.

- Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.

- Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).


Second Interview:

- Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.

- Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.

- Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.

- Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.

- Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
