Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and nurturing nanny to become an integral part of our family. This is a pivotal time for us, filled with new experiences and opportunities, and we are looking for someone who can bring a sense of stability and joy to our child's life during this exciting period.
Our ideal candidate is not only be a proficient native Mandarin speaker but also someone who possesses a deep understanding of and appreciation for cultural nuances that can enrich our child's upbringing. We believe that language is a vital part of identity and self-expression, and we want our children to grow up with a strong foundation in Mandarin while also developing their social and emotional skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive care and support to our child creating a warm and loving environment that encourages their growth and development. Your responsibilities will include engaging them in fun and educational activities, assisting with homework, and fostering their creativity through arts and crafts, outdoor play, and age-appropriate games.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for, ensuring her safety and well-being
Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote development (e.g., reading, playtime)
Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines
Light household tasks related to baby (e.g., cleaning bottles, laundry)
Communicate effectively with the family, providing updates on the babies day
Communicate and teach baby in Mandarin

First Interview:
- Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters.
- A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.
- Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.
- Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).
Second Interview:
Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
