SALARY PACKAGE:
- Salary: £1,200 GBP per week
- Leave: 1 months paid holiday a year
- Contract Term: 1 year, with option to renew
- Package: Return flights, visas and medical paid
- Accomodation: Own 1 bed apartment close to family home
WORK DAYS: 6 days
(Sunday to Friday)
WORK HOURS: 12 hours a day on call
ABOUT THE ROLE
Summary
A dynamic family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Lead Nanny to join their household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily care and education of two children, ages 3 and 5 years. This is a full-time position that requires a passion for childcare, early childhood education, and a warm, engaging personality. working in a team of 3 nannies as the lead nanny.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing, and educational care to two children (3 and 5 years old).
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities to promote literacy and other learning milestones.
- Facilitate daily routines, including meals, nap times, and play dates and activities.
- Take children to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being during travel.
- Engage in creative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities to stimulate the children’s development.
- Maintain a clean and organized play environment, ensuring all nursery duties are met.
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and daily activities.
- Coordinate with fully staffed household team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with children’s travel arrangements and join on trips as needed.
- Plan, deliver and accompany children on playdates
- Teach british curriculum (experience in British EYLF preferable)
