Summary:
We are a dynamic, holistic family seeking a positive and energetic nanny to join our household in Surry Hills. Our home is filled with laughter and love as we raise our two lively toddlers, and we are looking for someone who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to their daily activities. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, adaptable, and passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging environment for our little ones. Key Responsibilities:
Enthusiastic and enjoys engaging with young children.
Excellent communicator who is excited to collaborate on the children's growth and development.
Several years of paid childcare experience, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers.
Ability to assist with light housekeeping duties (meal prep, tidying up toys, etc.).
Background or interest in childhood development, psychology, or the arts
Engage children in stimulating activities that promote creativity and energy.
Take children to local parks and explore the Surrey Hills area.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation (cooking for the family is a bonus).
Prioritize the children's needs and well-being while fostering a positive environment.

Recruitment Process:

2. Scheduling: A calendar link will be sent for you to select a convenient meeting time.
3. Interview Recording: The interview will be recorded for review by recruiters and clients.
4. Interview Dynamics: The first interview, conducted by ANA recruiters, will focus on the role's specifics. Expect an email invitation within 14 days.
First Interview:
- Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters.
- A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.
- Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.
- Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).
Second Interview:
- Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
- Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
- Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
- Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
- Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
