Key Responsibilities
We are looking for the perfect nanny candidate who speaks fluent Chinese and has experience in childcare, here are some qualities and qualifications to consider:
Language Skills: A candidate is fluent in Chinese, both spoken and written, . This is crucial for effective communication with the children and fostering a bilingual environment.
Childcare Experience: Looking for candidates with a proven track record in childcare. This includes experience working with children of similar ages to your own, understanding developmental milestones, and having the ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities.
Educational Background: A background in early childhood education or a related field can be a significant plus. Can show that the candidate has formal training in child development and educational practices.
First Aid and CPR Certification: Ensure that the candidate is certified in first aid and CPR. This is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of your children.
References and Background Checks:We will check 5 of your references and conduct background checks to verify the candidate’s experience and ensure they have a clean record.
Cultural Awareness: A candidate who understands and respects your family's cultural background can help create a nurturing environment that reflects family values.
Engagement and Creativity: Someone who is energetic, creative, and can engage children in fun and educational activities. This can include arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games.
Flexibility and Reliability: A nanny who can be flexible with scheduling and reliable in their commitments to ensure consistent care for the children.

- Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
