A busy professional household with deep Chinese roots, is seeking a nurturing and experienced live-in or live-out nanny to join their dynamic family. Both parents are dedicated professionals, balancing demanding careers while striving to provide a warm, loving environment for their two energetic children. With a fully staffed household, they are looking for a nanny who can seamlessly integrate into their lives, supporting their children's growth and development through engaging activities and cultural enrichment. The ideal candidate will appreciate the family's values, including respect for tradition and the importance of education, and will be eager to foster a strong bond with the children while also collaborating with the household team to ensure a harmonious living environment.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for the perfect nanny candidate who speaks fluent Chinese and has experience in childcare, here are some qualities and qualifications to consider:

Language Skills: A candidate is fluent in Chinese, both spoken and written, . This is crucial for effective communication with the children and fostering a bilingual environment.

Childcare Experience: Looking for candidates with a proven track record in childcare. This includes experience working with children of similar ages to your own, understanding developmental milestones, and having the ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities.

Educational Background: A background in early childhood education or a related field can be a significant plus. Can show that the candidate has formal training in child development and educational practices.

First Aid and CPR Certification: Ensure that the candidate is certified in first aid and CPR. This is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of your children.

References and Background Checks:We will check 5 of your references and conduct background checks to verify the candidate’s experience and ensure they have a clean record.

Cultural Awareness: A candidate who understands and respects your family's cultural background can help create a nurturing environment that reflects family values.

Engagement and Creativity: Someone who is energetic, creative, and can engage children in fun and educational activities. This can include arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games.

Flexibility and Reliability: A nanny who can be flexible with scheduling and reliable in their commitments to ensure consistent care for the children.

• Police Check with 6 months validity
• Working with Children Check or DBS
• 1st aid and CPR certificate within 2 years
• Top personal grooming and presentation
• 5 x written contactable references and  email addresses
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.
• Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).

2.   Client Interview

• Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
• Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
• Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
• Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
• Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
• Please allow 14 days for this process.
