Key Responsibilities

A traveling maternity nanny plays a crucial

1. Newborn Care: Provide comprehensive care for the newborn, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and soothing. This involves understanding the specific needs of the baby, including sleep schedules and feeding routines.

2. Parental Support: Assist new parents by offering guidance on infant care practices and addressing their concerns. This could include teaching parents about feeding techniques, sleep training, and recognizing developmental milestones.

3. Travel Logistics: Manage travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring that all necessary baby gear (like cribs, strollers, and feeding supplies) is organized and safe for travel. This may include packing, setting up accommodations, and ensuring a comfortable environment for both the baby and parents.

4. Health and Safety: Monitor the health and well-being of the newborn, including tracking feeding and sleeping patterns, as well as recognizing any signs of illness. The nanny should also be knowledgeable about safety protocols during travel, such as car seat installation and safe sleeping practices.

5. Household Assistance: Help with light tasks related to the baby, such as , meal preparation, and maintaining a clean environment. This support allows parents to focus on bonding with their newborn and adjusting to their new roles.

APPLICATION REQUIRES

• Norland or formal nanny training
• Uk Based nanny that is happy to work under a rebate
• Formal maternity nursing training and or Early childhood

Compulsory Requirements

• Police Check with 6 months validity
• Working with Children Check or DBS
• 1st aid and CPR certificate within 2 years
• Top personal grooming and presentation
• 5 x written contactable references and  email addresses
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

APPLICATION PROCESS

1st Interview (1 hour)

• Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters. 
• A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.
• Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.
• Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).

2nd Interview (30min - 1 hour)

• Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
• Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
• Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
• Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
• Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
• Please allow 14 days for this process.
