The Role:
We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic nanny to care for two delightful children, ages 2 and 4, in beautiful Port Douglas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to engage with young children and create a fun, educational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and loving care for a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old.
  • Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary requirements.
  • Assist with daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and nap times.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages learning and development.
  • Light household duties related to the children, such as laundry and tidying play areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and daily activities.


The Perfect Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare settings is essential.
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields are highly regarded.
  • A genuine love for children and a passion for fostering their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to adapt to the changing needs of the children.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Second Interview:

Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.

Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.

Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.

Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.

Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
