ABOUT THE ROLE:
Summary:
We are a warm, loving family of four living on a beautiful 7000-acre farm. Our family consists of Dad, a passionate farmer; Mum, a nurse/midwife; our energetic 2-year-old son; and our cheerful 10-month-old daughter. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic live-in nanny to join our family and assist us in managing our household and childcare while enjoying the unique experience of farm life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision for our children.
- Engage and play with our boy, encouraging his love for tractors and outdoor activities such as swimming, riding bikes/toy tractors, and reading.
- Assist with daily routines for Baby, including feeding, playtime, and safe exploration as she begins crawling.
- Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
- Occasionally assist with farm-related activities as needed.
- Support Dad in balancing work commitments and family time, allowing her to return to her nursing/midwifery role.
- Foster a loving and nurturing environment for our children, promoting their growth and development.
Application Requires
- experienced in early childcare education and interested in applying developmental practices.

Recruitment Process:
- Resume Presentation: We assess resumes to determine candidate suitability for client roles.

First Interview:
- Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters.
- A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.

- Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).
Second Interview:
- Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
- Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
- Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
- Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
- Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
