POSITION: Morning Nanny

AGES: 18 months

START DATE: Before January 8th

LOCATION: Burwood NSW

SALARY PACKAGE:

• Salary: $30 - $40 per hour based on experience (in line with Fair work Australia)
• Contract Term: 1 year, with option to renew

WORK DAYS: Monday, Tuesday, Friday

WORK HOURS: 6AM - 10AM

ABOUT THE ROLE

Summary

 We are a family in Burwood with a 1.5-year-old daughter who loves playtime activities such as drawing, music, singing, and dancing. We practice baby-led parenting and value open communication and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and educational care to 1 child.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities to promote literacy and other learning milestones.
• Facilitate daily routines, including meals, play and activities.
• Take child to daycare, ensuring their safety and well-being during travel.
• Engage in creative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities to stimulate the children’s development.
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment, ensuring all nursery duties are met.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress and daily activities.
• Assit with folding laundry breakfast set up and clean up

• 1st aid certificate
• Top personal grooming
• 5 x contactable references
• Good English communication skills
• 5 plus years nanny/childcare experience
• Working with Children Check/DBS/ and or police check
• Due to visa requirements a we are not accepting WHV or study Visas

• Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates will be invited for a second interview

Client/Candidate interview

• Conducted via video with the parent/client and ANA recruiters.
• Candidates will receive anticipated questions in advance to prepare
• Professional appearance and a quiet environment are essential for this interview.
• Post-interview, we will review the session; the  successful candidate will be contacted
