ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary:

We are a busy, loving family seeking an experienced and nurturing Live-In Nanny to join our household in Cape Burney. This is an exciting opportunity to support our family while caring for our three children: a delightful 9-month-old baby, and two energetic school-age children aged 7 and 9. 


Primary Duties:

  • Childcare: Engaging in activities and playing with the child
  • Family Cooking: Preparing meals for the family
  • Household Management: Cleaning, laundry, and overall home management
  • Have fun, entertain, play, teach, be creative with our toddler form a close bond with them and nice relationship
  • Eventually after feeling comfortable and confident to Take out our toddler to activities and classes that include gymnastics, play Centre, music, art, sports class, museums, aquarium and so on. This will be on a day-to-day basis 
  • Basic cooking for the kids and family 
  • Daily household housekeeping duties - cleaning kitchen, living room, kids play area and so on a daily basis 
  • Mothers carer - support mum in all ways she needs to manage both kids 


Application Requires

  • Experienced in early childcare education.
  • Open and honest communication, trust is critical.
  • Caring and thoughtful.
  • Organised and diligent.
  • Experience with with babies
  • Formal childcare education
  • Prior experience in household operations.
  • Working with children check
  • Police Check
  • First Aid
  • 5 x written references that are contactable
  • Car and driver's license
  • Permanent Australian Residency
  • Fully vaccinated

Recruitment Process:

  • Scheduling: A calendar link will be sent for you to select a convenient meeting time.
  • Interview Recording: The interview will be recorded for review by recruiters and clients.
  • Interview Dynamics: The first interview, conducted by ANA recruiters, will focus on the role's specifics. Expect an email invitation within 14 days.


First Interview:

  • Conducted via Zoom by ANA recruiters. 
  • A list of interview questions will be shared beforehand.
  • Candidates must present professionally and provide well-considered responses.
  • Post-interview, we will review the session; successful candidates may be invited for a second interview (allow 14 days for communication).


Second Interview:

  • Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
  • Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
  • Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
  • Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
  • Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates. Please allow 14 days for this process.
