Placement Costs
Dear families,
The fees associated with nanny placement services shall be determined based on the duration of the placement and are charged as a one-time fee upon the acceptance of the offer by the Client.
Our comprehensive services encompass the following: the sourcing of candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and verifying references for prospective nannies. Additionally, we shall provide a curated selection of candidate profiles, typically consisting of two to three qualified nannies, specifically tailored to the job description approved by the Client.
Furthermore, we wish to clarify that no search fee shall be levied on the shortlisted candidates that match the Client's job description. Should the Client elect to engage our services for the purpose of sourcing additional candidates beyond this initial shortlist, a search fee may be determined and applied to facilitate the continuation of the search process.
INTERNATIONAL
Permanent Placement
Contract Length: 3 months or more
Payment Terms: Once-off payment
Payment Amount: Equivalent of 20% of the candidate's annual salary
