ACCOMODATION: Own room and bathroom
WORK DAYS: 5 days Monday to Friday
HOURS: 38 per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Gardener to join our team. This dual role requires a passion for maintaining a clean and organized indoor environment as well as a love for nurturing and caring for outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in both housekeeping and gardening, with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and maintain household items, ensuring all areas are tidy and clutter-free.
- Wash, dry, and iron laundry, including linens and clothing.
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping as needed.
- Handle special requests for cleaning or organization from residents.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Gardening Duties:
- Maintain the garden and outdoor areas, including planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Trim and prune plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth.
- Design and implement seasonal planting schemes and flower arrangements.
- Mow lawns and maintain outdoor spaces to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases and take appropriate action.

Compulsory Requirements
- Police Check with 6 months validity
- Working with Children Check or DBS
- 1st aid and CPR certificate within 2 years
- Top personal grooming and presentation

- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

- Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
