ROLE: Mother's Helper

AGES: 1 and 4 years

LOCATION: Richmond Victoria 

SALARY: $36 - $40 per hour Based on Experience

POSITION:  Part Time

ANNUAL LEAVE: NA

CONTRACT: 6 - 12 Months

ACCOMODATION: NA
WORK DAYS:  Monday extra hours on Thursday &  Ad hoc babysitting

HOURS:  8:30 - 4:30pm (flexible  but no later than 4:30pm
ABOUT THE ROLE

Summary

We are a lovely family seeking a caring and responsible Mother's Helper to assist with child care on Mondays. If you enjoy spending time with children and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist mum with daily activities and routines for our children
  • Engage in playtime and educational activities
  • Help with meal preparation and snack time
  • Housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, laundry, bedrooms)
  • Provide companionship and support to our family
  • Reset the house and assist mum with the children

 
APPLICATION REQUIRES

  • Previous experience as a nanny
  • Experience with children

Compulsory Requirements

  • Police Check with 6 months validity
  • Working with Children Check or DBS
  • 1st aid and CPR certificate within 2 years
  • Top personal grooming and presentation
  • 5 x written contactable references and  email addresses
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

2.   Client Interview

  • Conducted via Zoom with the client and ANA recruiters.
  • Candidates will receive anticipated questions from the client in advance.
  • Professional appearance and a suitable environment are essential for this interview.
  • Feedback will be sought from the client. If the client wishes to proceed, further interviews may be arranged, at their discretion.
  • Following the completion of interviews, offer letters will be issued to successful candidates.
  • Please allow 14 days for this process.
